Norm, Split is not available if QRQ is set on. RIT/XIT do not work in QRQ mode either, but Wayne has promised a limited range RIT sometime in the future. The SHIFT will not function either - see the firmware release notes for version 4.03.
Go to CONFIG: CW QRQ in the menu and set it to OFF and you will have split back again.
