For what it is worth, the 3 solder points at C6 are not vias per se, they are the location of a connector header for the 60 meter expansion module...If the expansion module is not installed, the connector header is not installed and C6 is installed in it's place...The center hole of these 3 holes is a ground and is not used when C6 is installed...The C6 error seems to be common, I have seen at at least half a dozen times...The result is no 40 meter reception in Part II alignment and testing...
