Barry, I find myself experimenting frequently with the AGC threshold and slope settings. Don't forget that these menu items can be assigned to the PF or M keys so they can be easily accessed and changed. Since I don't use the K3 internal keyer (I use an external microHam CW keyer), I use M1T for AGC "THR," and M1H for "SLP."
