Hi, Vidi: I claim no originality for this other workaround: For instance, DX1DX is xmitting USB on 28001 and listening on 29696.
Write the freqs down on scratch paper if you don't trust short-term memory Tap A>B twice to send 28001 and A>B ALL (mode info) to sub-rx Tap FREQ ENTER and enter 29696 Tap A/B Hold SPLIT You should be set now.
