I have recently reworked my K2, installing both the very low voltage drop diode and the KBT2 kit. Does anyone know of a better way to charge the battery than just floating it at, say, 13.9V? I suspect this question has come up before but wish to solicit the latest scoop. I have a multi-step (smart) charger I use on other sealed lead-acid batteries so suspect someone may have cooked up a scheme for the K2 battery that accounts for the slightly higher voltage required due to the reverse protection diode, etc.
