Martin, I experienced similar problems starting with 4.17 using the Mac utility.
I resorted to using the Windows utility for 4.17, 4.18, 4.21 and 4.22 and have had to problems. I suspect the latest Windows utility has corrected some problems and the current Mac and Linux utilities haven't caught up yet. Just guessing...
