I tunes in 5 Hz steps, display resolution is limited to 10 Hz. For example, tune to your PITCH frequency and note the * that appear. Now move the APF up slightly, the asterisk will disappear but the display will remain the same. One more "click" and it'll show the next 10 Hz step.
