Yesterday I discovered a loss of receiver sensitivity of about 30dB in my K3 (s/n 1217). The problem (which shows on the S-meter also) is on all bands and affects both the main and sub-receivers, and also is present on both ANT1, ANT2 and the SubRX antenna jacks. It also is independent of the antenna tuner. All else seems to work normally, including the transmitter. I looked at the near-incomprehensible block diagram for the K3, but couldn't find any obvious points of commonality between the main and sub-receivers that might indicate where the fault is located. Any suggestions about what to look for??
