Hello, well, I read some emails here about K3 performance in 10 mts band but really I never tested it carefully. We started ARRL10 with the K3, very poor condx in the morning, good in the afternoon. Second day in the morning we didn´t heard any signal in 10 mts. Some of the guest operators told me to listen in my TS850, the radio we used in the last 2-3 years that we did the ARRL10 from El Mangrullo. We heard two or three very weak signals from PY in the TS850 that were not heard in the K3..!, I didn´t want to assume that, I said for myself "NOooo", after spending +$4.000.- on my fully K3 for contests!.. So I hope it´s all about that I don´t know how to use the K3. It has a lot of features that really I do not understand so I think (and hope) I am not doing a correct use of the K3.
