Last week I received an email that Elecraft was shipping me a new front panel for my P3 because they had discovered a problem with the button hole size height. on some panels The instructions indicated that before replacing the panel measure the old panel to be sure a replacement was needed. I measured see photo below, mine is off so now I will replace my front panel. The correct hole height is .23"h mine is .280"h. (.050" too high).
So I am repairing a problem I didn't know I had because of quality control at Elecraft (at no cost). Just find someone else that would do that...I am an Elecraft fan for life...
