I just completed the assembly of my P3 serial number 878 (went together very
smoothly!). Connected it to my K3 and powered them on - no problems, nice
sharp display on the P3.

Prior to doing this, I had gone to the Elecraft web site and downloaded the
current Mac OS X version of the P3 Utility, version 1.3.8.25. When I try to
run the P3 Utility, I immediately get the following error:

"An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. This application
must shut down."

I am running this on a MacBook Air laptop, with OS X 10.6.5

I've re-booted the computer and still get the error.

Elecraft support is deservedly taking a holiday break, so I thought I'd see
if anyone on the reflector may have come across the error. Any ideas?
