Gary, The K3 is a super rig. I have a 100 watt version, with 2.8 and 400 hz filters.
I use the rig on PSK and CW. You might not need a 250 hz filter after you see how well the K3 performs with the 400 hz. Great rig, great support, stable as can be, love the built in digital features, and small size. I lug mine back and forth to Freeport, IL for the summer in a padded carry on cloth case and love that light weight and small size. You won't be sorry!
