I subscribed to this reflector to give me some support in resisting my urge to replace my aging ft1000 field. I thought maybe if I read some negative remarks the urge would subside. Using the same philosophy as when I get the urge to replace my truck I ask people who own the model I am looking at. Sometimes the negative feed back will help me postpone the inevitable. I did not get the necessary negative feedback I was looking for. Therefore I just hit the 'SUBMIT ORDER' button on the Elecraft order form.
You people are going to have to do a better job of supporting us people trying to resist temptation.
