Just wanted to say I had a chance to try out the APF function in the new firmware release a couple of days ago. I was working a NJ station on 17 m when the band QSB took him down to the noise level. With APF kicked in, and fine tuned, he was fully readable. Had another opportunity to do the same on 30 m that same day. Having used an FT-1000D for many years, I would occasionally kick in the APF function on that radio. Comparing the two, I would have to say the K3 APF is superior. Thanks for doing a great job.
