Phil, I can confirm that WSPR will not work in CAT mode at my station using a K3 and Dell Inspiron 9100 running XP using a PCMCIA rs-232 card. All other software I have used with this card works fine including HRD, K3 Utility, W2 Utility, K3 Memory Editor, and WSJT. By switching back to a Keyspan USB Serial Adapter WSPR works FB.
