Built and installed the KNB2. Assembly went great and looked good. Test after install yielded 'NOT INST'. U3 is in correctly, U1 is in correctly, the two diodes are in the correct orientation and all pins are soldered. To make matters worse, the receiver doesn't work now - lvery ow volume (with the NB out). I will keep looking but am open to any ideas.
