This brings up a question. I have seen posts where people selling their Elecraft K3 since it's intro stating in the ad that the warranty can be transferred. I haven't seen Anything on their website indicating this as fact. It appears the warranty is to the original buyer unless it's bought as a gift for someone else & stated at purchase?
Right now the only rig manufacturer that I am aware will let you transfer a warranty from one owner to another during the warranty period is Flex?
