I worked them at 1818Z today on 20. It's the first time I've heard them. The Daily DX reported several days ago that they are having trouble with their power source from the local hospital with frequent drop outs and have not been able to run the amps all the time. Keep trying. They seem to be good operators and will work to complete a contact.

Worked them easily on 20 a few minutes ago. Their equipment list mentions Tokyo High Power HL-550FX amp(s) which is in the 500-600W class. Apparently they have verticals only except on 10m, but if they are right on the beach that should be perfectly OK. They are a good 57 in CNY with very little QSB.
