Interesting info, Julian. During the ARRL DX CW on Sunday on 15m, at one point I heard 'ghost' signals on HK1R, +/- 440 hz. He was quite strong here. I was listening with a narrower than 400hz filter, and could plainly hear all three signals. My pitch was set for between 680 and 700 hz. Some half-hour later, the HK1R ghost sigs were gone. I was listening carefully with earphones in both instances. I don't know what kind of radio HE was using, so maybe this is on the wrong reflector. I heard no other 'ghost' signals during the contest.
