Hi Tony, There's no autotuner within the KPA500. I think the introduction of the KAT500 will be sometime after the KPA500. Perhaps someone with better knowledge than myself will speak to the matter.
I notice the Macro/Power Setting threads going on here as well. It will be nice if the K3/100 and KPA500 will sense each other and adapt. Specifically, the power required output of the K3 might typically be 100 watts, but something less than that will likely drive the KPA500 to full output. Will the K3's power level be able to automatically reset to an owner preset level when the KPA500 is inline and out of standby mode? 73, Dick - KA5KKT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- I'm sure all this has been discussed but for whatever reason I can't find the thread.
