Are you sure it's not working? The VFO A and VFO B frequencies do not visibly change when you transmit spit with this radio. Some radios visibly "swap" the A and B frequencies when transmitting; the K3 does not. Try listening with another radio and check to be sure. The only visible indications are the "Delta f" yellow light will illuminate, the "Split" annunciator will be seen and the little black arrow by th "TX" legend will point to VFO B.
