I played with the macro tester a bit.
Put this macro into one of the memories: I called it "SPKR+PH" MN097;UP;MN255; It selects the SPKR+PH menu entry (that's MN097), then it changes it with UP (it goes between on and off with each UP or DN) and then MN255 to exit the menu.
