Hello All, Just finished K1 2950 and what a big pleasure it was to build.
My Elecraft career started with a KX1 which I love. A K2 was built while my wife was away and a K3 followed as did a P3 and many accessories. I suppose I wanted to complete my set of Elecraft radios but building this unique Elecraft radio was just so much fun. I now have the spiritual senior member of the NC40 and Sierra family. Just got a plain 80/40 and the auto antenna tuner, terrific.
