I need one little bit of advice on the mailing list thing. I created a rather weird quick step here in Outlook so that I can reply to the mailing list rather than the person that replied to me. However, even though I made the rule to reply the message to [email protected] it still adds the person's email who I'm replying to. Is there a way to set up a rule or quick step in Outlook 2010 so that I reply ONLY to [email protected]? I guess I'm being a little picky because my current method only involved me clicking once on the person's address and hitting delete but it would be nice if there was a cleaner method. Thanks!
