Carlos, The proper value for the 'resistor' is infinite ohms - in other words, the HC5 element is a dynamic type mic and does not need any bias resistor. It may also be true that the use of any bias resistor may damage the mic element - this is just speculation on my part, but I am not willing to try it on my Heil dynamic elements.
