I currently use a KRC2 for band decoding with a cable from the K3 ACC connector simply passing AUXBUS to the KRC2.
I just spotted Eric's response on AUXBUS 'missing' from the the KPA-500 / K3 cable layout in the KPA-500 manual. But why would the band info be needed if AUXBUS is available? How would a K3 / KPA-500 / KPC2 be connected? K3 AUX ACC Connector Pin 2 (AUXBUS) –> KRC2 J2-Pin 6 and KRC2 J1-Pin 6 –> KPA500 AUX Pin 2 ??
