I am at end of stage 3 assembly doing transmitter alignment. 40 meters and 80 meters align okay. 10 meters, 12 meters,15 meters, 17 meters, 20 meters and 30 meters max out at .5 watt. The receiver pre-alignment worked fine on all bands. Used Hammond's signal tracing article to trace signals and all bands are okay. Checked K15 relay because it is common to all six of these bands and it seems to be working. VCO voltages check out okay on all bands. Filter alignment was okay. I'm stumped! Help!
