I seem to remember that the frequency of 14,316 MHz is also used in many cards in computers. If you have problems only on this frequency try to turn off all computers at home. If the problem disappears you have found the cause. Otherwise we must look to where the noise comes ... here a few years ago I found the source of a big noise that rendered useless the 160 meters. A water treatment istallation with a UV lamp fails. It was very difficult because the interference was sent by the power airlines.
If the interference came by a computer there was an article published in the Forum Elecraft that explains very well what to do.
