No. Alan has been building K2s for sometime for those hams that don't have the time or skills to build their own. There are others who offer the same service. You will see their "ads" occasionally. As you probably know, assembled K2 systems are not available from the factory. They are kit only.
This sort of thing is permitted on this list as long as it does not occur often enough to be offensive.
