Do you have the jumper on the 3 pin header near the BNC jack placed correctly? It should be on the KAT1 position if the KAT1 is installed or in the K1 position without the KAT1. If it is not placed correctly, the power control will not be correct and the display will show zero power (actually it will read 0.1).
