This email address has been placed in moderate mode. The elecraft email list filters to only allow posts from subscribers.
When we see their email addresses getting spoofed for SPAM like this, we will place them in moderate mode, where we look at their postings first, and will delete the obvious spam. While some will slip though on occasion, we do manage to block multiple spam postings every day. Fun, eh? Let's not start another anti-spam thread.
