It is very, very unlikely this would work.

The people that write and unleash malware are way, way smarter than that.

Once they get in your address book, just assume they will harvest everything 
there and try them all.  They have nothing to lose in trying.

While making this addition to your address book will not "hurt" anything, I 
would not bank on it really accomplishing anything either.
