I would recommend checking and re-winding some of those toroids - those labeled as 'RFC--' or the bifilar wound transformer will likely be OK with an extra turn, but T1, T2 and T3 should have the proper turns ratio and the Low Pass Filters on the 2 or 4 band board depend on having the proper inductance, so it is possible that the harmonic suppression of your K1 is not up to par.
