John, There is nothing specific to "re-seating". If you use the existing board assembly steps in reverse, then put it back together again, you will have accomplished the "re-seating".
Normally, you do not have to re-seat all the connectors - just the ones involved in the problem, and it normally involves the DSP and Front Panel boards.
