I was just ordering Fred's book as a download, but stopped when lulu decided to add VAT to the price.
Here, in the UK, books are exempt from VAT, so I tried to report this to lulu, but they won't accept a query without an order number and an order number is only generated in response to payment. So, I just have to accept that I'm ripped off yet again, this time by lulu. It's not Fred's fault and it's not a critique of his outstanding work, it's just me, fed up with living the wrong (and more expensive) side of the pond. Grrrr, just so others in the EU know what to expect.
