I was tuning idly around the 20M digital frequencies tonite when I copied a fragment of a PSK transmission, wherein the guy said his antenna was buried under the ground. I was sure that it had been a flukey series of garbled characters, so I waited and listened on the frequency. Sure enough, a few minutes later, he faded back in, conducting another qso, and this time there was no mistake: his antenna is buried under the ground. Now that's the way to outfox the nosy neighbors.
