Feature ... PTT puts the K3 in transmit using the selected mode
(e.g., USB).  The CW input puts the K3 in transmit using CW.
That's why CW VOX (QSK or semi break-in) needs to be forced if
SSB+CW is enabled.

Unfortunately, the K3 lacks independent front and rear (mic vs.
ACC) PTT inputs so there is no way to differentiate the source
of the PTT.
