I did a complete inventory and nothing was amiss, except for the six fibre washers. It didn't matter to me that the packet that arrived just in time had a split partially broken washer: I put it on the speaker rather than on one of the two power transistors. The first inventory is the identifying phase and all substitutes fall into place.
