Hi Joe,

They might. It's a temperature thing not a mode thing. You can manually turn
the fans on and off and vary their speed. This might help in your analysis.
Go to CONFIG: KPA3. It should be in the "nor" position. Turn the VFO A dial
to change it to Fn1...Fn4. These are the 4 different fan speeds. Remember to
put it back into the "nor" position.
