I haven't tried the QRQ (I'm not that fast) but the full QSK by itself is amazing. At field day, several peoe had to keep looking to make sure they were actually transmitting, the QSK is so good. Of course, the full PIN diode TR switches make it even more entertaining when someone first runs the rig and is listening for relays...
