I suspect someone entered the wrong information when trying to retrieve *their* password.
It's actually a pretty standard security feature. Instead of giving out passwords to those who say they lost theirs, the system sends it to the e-mail address you entered when you signed up. That way, no one can see your password or other info except you. About now, that person is wondering why he didn't get his password sent to him in his e-mail, Hi!
