I suspect someone entered the wrong information when trying to retrieve
*their* password. 

It's actually a pretty standard security feature. Instead of giving out
passwords to those who say they lost theirs, the system sends it to the
e-mail address you entered when you signed up. That way, no one can see your
password or other info except you.

About now, that person is wondering why he didn't get his password sent to
him in his e-mail, Hi!

This is the first time I have ever received such a request. This strikes me
as a very sloppy security policy.
