Tom is a neighbor and friend, less than a mile away. Bill, you're right, he has had several serious health issues but his spirit is undiminished. He missed Field Day for the first time in recorded history so that should tell you something about his condition. Last report I got (about a week ago) was that he was making steady progress and his outlook is promising, according to his doctors.
