Hi Bill - yes, RF Gain Calibration done first, and always zero beat. I was trying to set it up with S-meter mode Absolute, not Relative, since I am using an XG2. I ended up going back to relative and things are behaving normally, but I'd love to get this Absolute mode working. Maybe my XG2 isn't doing 50 uV properly.
Thanks, --Andrew, NV1B .. W4ZV> 1. Did you first do the RF Gain Calibration using the K3 Utility? W4ZV> 2. Are you zero beat on the signal? NV1B>> Now the only remaining problem is getting the rig to show S9 with a 50 uV source. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
