Mike, If the SWR is changing, either one of 2 things is happening:
1) Only vaild if you have the internal tuner -- the tuner is tuning and the SWR should settle down to 1.5 or less after it is finished. 2) If you do not have the tuner and the SWR is changing, you can conclude that something is changing with the antenna and feedline - the most likely thing is that you have a loose connection somewhere.
