My MFJ 4245 switcher doesn’t seem to be as strong. Its adjustable from 9-15V Has a detent for 13.8V Except now in the detent its only 13.2V and that’s with no load everything unplugged measured with my fluke 187 meter with fresh batteries. Is it just my old senile mind or is something going out on me?
