Under the K144XV option there is a checkbox for K3/10 or K3/100. If you check one of these boxes the system thinks that you are ordering the K144XV and need the appropriate rear panel. The 144OPT100 is the rear panel for use with the K144XV option on a 100 watt K3. Just don't check that box as you don't seem to be ordering the internal 2 meter transverter.
