Dave, Better check your facts. Unless you mean issue of new experimental licenses. The 600m band is migrating to 465-480 KHz under pending approval for ham use by the FCC. WD2XSH retains its privileges on 490-510 KHz and is authorized to use the new band with some restrictions. http://www.500kc.com/

A shame, too, since I was the lucky(?) winner of the 600m transverter kit at the 2011 FDIM.
