Hi, all concerned: In the next six months or so, I will be moving to an in-law suite in the Jacksonville FL area, exact location unknown.
In the last 5-6 years, I've put a decent ELECRAFT-ALPHA station together in Cincinnati. The antenna system can be seen on qrz.com, googleearth, and bingmaps.com. I plan on disassembling the station and moving everything but the tower base to temporary storage in FL Then I will be looking for an op, in or near Jax, who could become interested in a special situation. In a nutshell, remote control technology has progressed rapidly lately, and the op for whom I'm looking would be willing to host a station using my equipment, tower, and antennas, in return for sharing operating time with me, remoted in from my in-law suite.
