I occasionally saw this problem in earlier KPA firmware. It seemed intermittant and I was unsure if it was me or the firmware that was causing this - sounds like it was the firmware. I'm currently testing the latest 1.11 and don't see the problem at all. Be patient - I think the latest KPA500 firmware will be released soon.
