Hello all, My family (3 daughters, 2 granddaughters, 1 boy friend, 1 son-in-law, and my wife) will be on vacation in Salvo, NC starting this weekend until next weekend. We rented a beach house and plan to do some heavy RR! I will try to operate in between lying on the beach, eating, playing with the granddaughters, fishing etc. If anyone needs or wants to contact a NC lighthouse, I will activate a few while there. We will be staying only about 15 minutes from Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in NC. I believe this one is the tallest lighthouses in the US so work me for a QSL card. I will purchase lots of Lighthouse postcards and have them stamped at the lighthouse. This will be your QSL card for contacting me. I will be using my Elecraft K2 and logging with my Palm 105 PDA. I will operate ssb and cw with the Palm K2 Logger. Here is a tentative list of the lights I will try to activate: Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (numerous times), Bodie Island Lighthouse and Ocracoke Lighthouse.
